Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of Your Smart Stack: yoursmartstack.com, the AI Roles Map at aitools.yoursmartstack.com and our companion apps, operated by Your Smart Stack, based in California (“we” or “us”). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.
Your account
Free and paid accounts are for one person. Please give accurate details, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You can close your account at any time by emailing caren@carenglasser.com.
Free membership
A free Your Smart Stack membership includes the AI Roles Map, free skills (such as the 12 Days of Claudmas), resources and, later, free trainings. What’s included can change over time. Free skills are yours to use in your own business.
Paid plans
Smart Stack + is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Companion apps are one-time purchases. Prices are shown before you pay, and payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms. All sales are final, and we don’t offer refunds. Cancelling Smart Stack + stops future charges.
Using the content
Everything on Your Smart Stack, including the writing, guides, prompts, skills, videos and downloads, belongs to us or is used with permission. You’re welcome to use it in your own business, share links to it and quote short passages with credit. Please don’t resell it, republish it, or share paid content or your login with people who haven’t joined.
Information, not professional advice
We share what we’ve learned about AI and automation to help you make better decisions for your business. It’s general information, not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. AI tools, features and prices change quickly, so please check the details for yourself before you rely on them, and review anything an AI tool produces before you use it. Results we describe aren’t a promise of yours.
Third-party tools and affiliate links
Your Smart Stack teaches you to use tools made by other companies, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. We don’t run those tools, and your use of them is covered by their own terms and pricing. Some links to tools are affiliate links: if you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend tools we’ve used or genuinely believe in.
Using the site fairly
Please don’t misuse Your Smart Stack. That includes trying to break or overload it, getting into parts of it you aren’t meant to, scraping it, or using it to send spam or anything unlawful.
No warranties
We work hard to keep everything accurate and running, but Your Smart Stack is provided “as is.” We can’t promise it will always be available, error free or up to date.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss that comes from relying on information on Your Smart Stack or from using the tools and sites it links to. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top. Using Your Smart Stack after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
